Not that we’re trying to keep up w/ the Joneses or anything… But they did remind me that we have some photos just sitting here waiting to be posted. 
This is what happens when you try to get the to look at each other, by saying “Where’s Ivy? Where’s Lessa?” Not quite what the photographer was going for, but cute nevertheless!
We had gone to our local mall photographer for these photos, and I had REALLY wanted the girls to look good in some special dresses that I bought. (Not something I do often!!!) Go figure that when they were posed for the photos in their dresses, the photographer used the same logs… But she had Lessa sitting on the upright log in a way that her toes just barely touched the table, and Ivy was standing next to her. In the dress, you can’t really tell that Lessa’s sitting, and it all just looks very unnatural. With some cropping, there are a couple of cute individual shots.
I am thrilled that we got some nice family shots…

Love the photos. Especially the family shot. That was a very talented photographer to get all of you smiling and looking at the camera. Beautiful pics.

Too cute. What a beautiful family you have.
Looking at Lessa in the first pictures suddenly reminded me of the “mom just combed my hair for this picture” look we all had for our preschool pictures when I was a kid!

Awwww…thanks for posting the photos! They are really amazing. You managed to capture both the natural cute stuff (with the girls pointing at each another) as well as the statistical impossibility of an entire family facing forward while smiling and not blinking or nose picking. You know who you are…begins with N…..
